We are SO GRATEFUL for you shopping with US!  We hope you love your purchase with SGB, but we know sometimes things don’t always work out.  If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a STORE CREDIT ONLY, and no worries, your credit never expires with US. Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the date the order was placed.

*Item must be free of pet hair, odor & perfumes

*You must be within 5 day guideline (no exceptions) 

*Your Item was not purchased during sale

Items NOT ELIGIBLE for returns include

Sale Items, Leggings, Accessories, Seasonal/Holiday Items, Hats, Undergarments. No exceptions! 

Discounted Merchandise including Daily Deals, Flash Sales, Venmo Thread Sales, Holiday Sales, Celebration Sales or any other type of sale or discount. These items WILL NOT be accepted if returned.

Must have store credit at time of purchase to redeem. 

If you have received a damaged item please email with proof of purchase & a picture showing damage within 24 hours of delivery if shipped & 24 hours of purchase if in store. 

 Instore Returns MUST meet above Criteria, as well as be brought Instore within 5 days of purchase for store credit to be issued. Anything brought in after the 5 day mark will be rejected for store credit. We want to be as fair as possible but can not make adjustments to our policy under any circumstances, please understand these guidelines are here for a reason & respect them for US.
