We will be happy to issue you a STORE CREDIT ONLY, and no worries, your credit never expires. Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the date the order was placed.

*Item must be free of pet hair, odor & perfumes

Sale Items, Leggings, Accessories, Seasonal + Holiday items, Hats, Headbands & Undergarments, Jellycats, stuffed animals. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, venmo sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

You must include packing slip &/or order number with your return or we will not be able to process your return.
